Our Cheese

We make all our cheese from our herd of 10 milking Golden Guernsey Goats. Our cheese is available April to October and only be purchased directly from the Tea Room.

Little Benet is a soft ripened lactic cheese made from raw milk. We use vegetarian rennet. It's rich and creamy with subtle 'goaty' notes.

Big Nick is a pressed semi hard cheese made with raw milk and vegetarian rennet. Rind washed in brine. Ideal for those who think they don't like goats cheese!

Young Louis is a fresh slightly salted cheese made with raw milk and vegetarian rennet. Ideally eaten at 1-3 days old but can be kept longer for a stronger flavour.
